Winter 5v5 — Super Early Bird

Winter 5v5 is the fastest way to keep your child on the ball through the off-season: a 7-week season of Saturday games for just $50 per player at Super Early Bird pricing, which runs through October 19. The small-sided format follows US Soccer player development recommendations — more touches, faster play, and plenty of goals. Teams are formed by city, so games stay close to home.

Spring is our biggest recreational season: 10 Saturday game days from March 13 through May 22, 2027, with no games April 3 for spring break, for ages U4 to U13, at local South Orange County parks. Lock in Super Early Bird pricing through January 11 and save $20 per player.

FAQs

When are winter games played?

A 7-week season: seven Saturdays from January 9 through February 20, 2027, at local South Orange County fields.

When are spring games played?

Saturday games from March 13 through May 22, 2027: 10 game days, with no games April 3 for spring break.

How much does each season cost?

Winter is $50 per player through October 19. Spring Super Early Bird is $115 Mini Kickers, $145 Rec and $165 Rec Plus through January 11. Pricing goes up twice in each season after Super Early Bird ends, so register early to lock in the lowest rate.

Can I register for both seasons?

Yes. Winter and spring are separate registrations. Sign up for winter before December 21, then lock in spring Super Early Bird pricing in the same visit.

What if I miss the December 21 winter deadline?

Winter registration closes December 21. After that, new players go on a waitlist and a $20 late fee applies. Spring registration stays open, so spring is the next guaranteed season.

What ages can play?

Boys and girls U4–U13 in both seasons. Mini Kickers (U4 & U5) play 3v3; all other age groups play small-sided soccer.

Where are games held?

Local fields throughout South Orange County, including parks in Mission Viejo, San Clemente, and surrounding cities. Teams are formed by city to keep travel minimal.

Are tryouts required?

No. Open registration for both seasons: any player who wants to play is welcome.
